This is something I would like to get done within one week (By 10/11/13).

I have about 4000 geographical areas that I want to organize in a spreadsheet that shows a hierarchical view. Basically, this gig is going to require that you find areas on a map and determine what other areas they fit into.

I would require that you come into the office to do this work because there will probably be a lot of questions and collaboration to get it done. I don't really know how long it will take to do this, but I'm guessing that it will be a sort of part time thing for one week. In other words, 4 hours a day. But I'm just guessing.

I would like to pay a rate of $15 an hour, but maybe we can set a minimum and then agree on the hourly rate after the minimum is hit.
