Need a part time assistant (20hrs/wk) to help with a variety of Office Management / tasks. Virtual initially, some home office organization and in office over long term.

Success factors include:
-Resourceful and proactive
-Great organization skills
-Online/cloud tool proficiency
(, DropBox, GoogleDrive, Twitter, etc)
-Proficiency in MS Office & other productivity tools.
-Experience with customer/client / vendor engagement

General Duties include:
- Maintain and organize office
- Business Card entry, organization & tracking
- Calendar management
- Inbound phone call management
- Online Travel arrangements - ebates/hotwire, etc
- Completion of forms, general office administration, etc..
- Tracking Account credentials
- Online Office shipments (Fedex, UPS, etc)
- Office folder system / management
- Brochure / Website updates with vendors
- Assist with draft of speeches/letters/emails
- Participate in events as needed (rarely)
- Active management of growing vendor database.
- Track and manage forms and renewals
- Take Meeting Minutes for Board of Directors
