We need someone to be at a park in Cambridge to coordinate drop off and pick up of chairs and a ramp. The companies will have staff to do the actual setup and teardown, but we need someone to meet them and show them to the correct location.
The ramp will be delivered at 7am and the chairs at 11am. Both will be picked up starting at 4pm. This will all happen on Saturday, June 23rd.
