Seeking a Brand Ambassador for Church Job Fairs (CJF). Task will include attending a job fair, speaking with the vendors (employers) briefly about what we do, and most importantly, collecting and saving their business cards. You will need to: 1) email photos of front & back of cards to CJF email provided and 2) ship business cards to address provided within 24 hours of completion of job. Your introduction is simple: "Hi, I'm _____, from Church Job Fairs, we host events in Churches across California. If I could get your business card, we will follow up with you later. " Provide them our sales sheet, verify their business card contains 4 things; Company Name, Email, Phone & Person Name. Please dress professionally, as if you are attending the job fair for an interview! You will be seeing these people in person, so it is important you leave a great impression. IF YOU'RE ALSO LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT, make this a double opportunity for you, bring some resumes. Please set up a time for a quick 15 minute chat for specific questions. REQUIRED SKILLS: Ideal candidate is sociable, motivated, with a bubbly and smiling personality. Must be able to speak fluent English and great at networking -- not afraid to approach people. Professional appearance, able to quickly (>1 minute) introduce yourself, provide a simple sales sheet and opportunity to engage employer later, and collect a business card with REQUIRED: NAME, EMAIL, PHONE & COMPANY NAME. Some recruiters may not have a card with them, be prepared with a pen and paper to gather REQUIRED information. Your sample script: "Hi, I'm with Church Job Fairs, we host events all across California. Now is not the time, but I'd like to follow up with you later, may I have your business card?" ( hand them the flyer, take their business card, verifying contact information, DONE.) Visit every employer in room.
