Hello,
We are looking for a person to assist with general cleaning
* Start bedsheets & laundry (set 60 min timer on phone + buzzer), move to dryer later
* Load dishwasher,
* clean all sinks (kitchen + bathrooms)
* General organization and moving things to where they belong
* Restock refrigerator with drinks
* Clean all countertops
* Sweep and dust
* Wash terrace windows
* Wash all floors
* Wash terrace floor
* Empty all garbage bins and discard by elevator
* Fold/hang all clothing from the laundry
* Empty dishwasher
* Wipe down appliances.
* Stock kitchens with groceries and condiments.
* Mop and polish floors.
* Restock house with cleaning supplies.
* Disinfect equipment and supplies.
* Turn mattresses, plump pillows, and change cushions.
* Prepare some simple meal
I need good, hard-working person who can help me with maintaining the cleanliness of my home
We are located inCondominium Millennium, 550 Avenida de la Constitución, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00901.
* Living nearby is a strong plus. Having a driver's license is a must (a car is a plus).
* Hard-working and reliable
* Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Puerto Rico driver's license preferred
* Able to perform housekeeping tasks
* Can prepare a simple meal with instruction
* Dependable
* Pleasant and positive attitude
* Must be bilingual and fluent both in writing and speaking.
* This is a part-time job 15- 25 hours a week (Ideally Sundays and some weekdays)
* Ideally for someone who has other similar work engagements or is seeking supplemental income.
